Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Samantha (Sam) and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of clinical experience in outpatient setting. I have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Public Administration, both from Arizona State University. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a compassionate, client-centered approach.
I specialize in working with professionals, parents, and high-functioning individuals who may appear “put together” on the outside but are quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, or chronic stress. If you're someone who is juggling a demanding career, raising a family, or navigating major life transitions — yet still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled — you’re not alone.
Many of my clients value emotional intelligence, personal growth, and high-quality care. They often come to therapy looking for more than symptom management — they’re seeking insight, clarity, and meaningful change.
I am trained in several gold-standard therapeutic modalities, including:
Our work together will be collaborative and tailored specifically to your needs, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult season, working on personal development, or wanting to improve your relationships, I provide a space that is confidential, judgment-free, and focused on helping you thrive.
My clients are often individuals who manage a great deal — demanding careers, family responsibilities, social obligations — yet silently struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or a persistent sense that something’s missing. You may look successful on the outside, but internally feel depleted, restless, or disconnected.
Therapy with me is not about labeling or pathologizing — it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, identifying what truly matters to you, and building a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and whole.
I am committed to providing a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore your values, reflect on patterns, and engage in meaningful personal growth. Whether you're looking to manage stress, strengthen your relationships, or reconnect with your sense of purpose, we’ll work together to create space for clarity, healing, and transformation.
I believe therapy should be more than just symptom relief — it should be a space for clarity, growth, and transformation. A values-based approach allows us to go beyond managing anxiety, stress, or burnout and instead explore the deeper "why" behind your experiences.
Together, we’ll focus on helping you better understand yourself, make choices that align with your core values, and build a life that feels more authentic, purpose-driven, and fulfilling.
In my work, I often say:
“When we step back and look at how symptoms are affecting your life, we usually discover that your behaviors — often out of necessity or habit — have drifted out of alignment with what you truly value.”
This disconnect is often the root of internal tension, emotional exhaustion, or that quiet feeling that something is “off.” Therapy is the space where we realign your actions with your priorities — and restore a sense of meaning and direction in your life.
As a therapist, my goal is to deeply understand your unique challenges, goals, and personal values so that our work is not only effective — but truly meaningful.
This is a collaborative process built on mutual respect and trust. Together, we’ll identify what truly matters to you, clarify the patterns that are holding you back, and create a path forward that aligns with your vision of a more intentional, fulfilling life.
Through this values-driven approach, we’ll work to overcome obstacles in a way that promotes sustainable, lasting change — not just short-term relief. Whether you're navigating personal transitions, managing professional stress, or seeking greater clarity and balance, I’m here to help you move forward with purpose and confidence.
The goal of therapy is not only to find relief from challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, or chronic stress — but to help you gain insight, emotional clarity, and greater control over your internal experience.
Together, we’ll work to help you:
This process can foster meaningful self-awareness, greater emotional balance, and a deeper connection to what matters most in your life.
Whether you’re navigating a high-pressure career, complex family dynamics, or a desire for personal growth, therapy offers a supportive and sophisticated space for reflection, healing, and forward movement. You’ll find not only tools, but also thoughtful validation, clarity, and the confidence to make empowered choices.
